12x²y - 15xy² + 20x³y⁴= xy (12x - 15y + 20x²y³)
Notes :
12x - 15y + 20x²y³
= 20y³ x² + 12x - 15y △ = 12² - 4(20y³)(- 15y) = 144 + 1200y⁴= 16( 9 + 75y⁴)
But 9 + 75y⁴ is not a perfect square for all values of y ,
therefore 12x - 15y + 20x²y³ cann't be factorized.
