A posterior wall suberosal uterine fibroid.

A nonenhancing cyst at the right ovary, likely due to functional cyst. Follow-up imaging to monitor progress is recommended.

Two well-defined T2 hyperintense and T1 hypointense with T2 hypointense rim lesions at the left adnexal region with no significant associated enhancing soft tissue component, suggestive a left ovarian cystic lesions with haemorrhagic products such as chocolate, complicated level ovarian cyst or, less likely, ovarian cystic neoplasm. Follow-up imaging such as ultrasound or MRI is recommended to monitor progress.
