理論上可以的因為
mostly用以形容的是那些apartment(s) are...
conventiently用以形容的是located這動詞
所以雖然連在一起，但所表達的對象是不同的...
因此...另一種更合規格的寫法是
These apartments are mostly located conveniently in the urban area.
