Kanji is NOT Chinese per se, it is the Chinese characters used along with the Japanese syllabaries Katakana and hiragana in Japanese script.

It is Chinese script.
蕉 = banana
蔭 = shade; shade from a tree
蕉蔭 = The shade from a banana tree

琴 = a Chinese zither.
韻 / 韵 = beautiful [to describe a woman]; a beautiful object; a beautiful _________.
琴韻 / 琴韵 = beautiful sounds from a Chinese zither. Even though 韵 was an ancient form of 韻, it is now used as the Simplified form of 韻 in China.

蕉蔭琴韵 = It's a description of someone playing the Chinese zither from the shade of a banana tree.

The piano didn't exist in ancient China. The word "piano" means "soft" in Italian musical terms.

well,me as an ordinary Chinese,i can speak for most Chinese except those who specialize in Chinese study or ancient Chinese words study that we don't know the exact meaning of those characters.Because a single character may have many meaning like a single English word.And this 4 characters don't make any common words,so it's hard for many Chinese to know the exact meaning,but it likely means something good.Well,trying my best,i guess it's ralated to a scene where someone is play Chinese ancient piano under the shade of a banana tree.I think maybe you don't have to know these things,those 4 characters just likely serve the purpose of ,like,decoration.
