The value of x at the y-intercept of a graph = 0

x-coordinate of a point is the horizontal distance between the point and they-axis. Since the point y-intercept lieson the y-axis, then the horizontal distance between the y-intercept and the y-axisis always zero. In other word, the valueof x at the y-intercept of a graph is always 0.
