Xmas Travel Deals

I am a student and I will have early holiday starting from 8 Dec to Mid Jan,

I want to know if there are cheap and good travel deals for me and my gf as we can avoid the peak days of xmas to get a better price, (~8-18 Dec or 7-15 Jan)

our budget is around below 3000, and we r interested in most places except mainland, though i guess only asian countries will be possible

are there any good deals or early bird discounts especially us who can avoid the peak days?

3000 is really a tight budget and I know that is not much choice at all.

From my expereince, you can try to get some cheap tickets in MARCH, since it is the period of off-peak.

Options available are Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam. Tickets will be cheap via the budget airline such as AirAxia, Txger, Jxtstar.

Even though you may be able to get the cheap tickets, don't forget you have to pay on th fuel surcharge. Say, $1000 for the return tickets to Singapore but the surcharge will be 800. Certainly, the cheaper of the accomendation, the lower quality it will be.
