版主的句子其實是可以的。同樣意思有好幾種表達方式：
1. The water is too dirty, so we can't drink it.
= Because the water is too dirty, we cannot drink it.
水太髒，所以我們不能喝。
參考現成句子：
... or the water is too dirty, so we cannot swim there?
或者，是水質太髒，所以我們不可以在那邊游泳。
2. 如其他高人指出， too...to... 也是常用的。
The water is too dirty to drink. 水太髒不能喝。
The water is too dirty for us to drink. 水太髒，我們不能喝。

要用 too 的話 通常用 too ... to ..
