好像你的win7安裝的驅動程序不兼容現有的win8的您可以嘗試搜索並安裝新的驅動程序為您的Win8的。
如果您的電腦是一個OEM電腦，你可以去電腦模型，並下載最新的驅動程序。
如果您的電腦是一個DIY電腦，你可以從英特爾網站上搜尋正確的驅動器產品根據您的moel，請嘗試。

Seems like the driver installed on your win7 not compatible with existing win8
You may try to searching and install the new driver for your Win8.
If your PC is a OEM Computer, you can go to computer model and download the latest driver.
If your PC is a DIY Computer, you can search the correct dirver from Intel website based on your moel, please try.
