Sudafed blocked nose spray not working?

I recently have serious nose block, like 24/7, the only time i get cleared nose is when i take a shower. I tried the decongestant tablets for a couple days but they didn't work very well after 2 days, so i bought the sudafed blocked nose spray today, and i have read online that it should work in minutes, but i dont think it is working for me..as it doesnt clear my nose and i kind of need to blow my nose more often after using the spray.

Anyone has a similar situation? Does anyone have any idea what is causing the problem?

You should see a doctor and avoid overuse of sprays. You might have nasal polyps which would need to be removed in a small procedure, or you might have allergies which need anti histamines.
