Since there is a court summon issued against you, you have no choice but to appear.
Here is what you should do.
1. Prepare an affidavit (sworn and notarized) to explain why you can't appear (like schools) with actual proof and request the court to continue the case to a time that you will return.
2. Provide this affidavit (and proof) to your father in your next court appearance.
3. Ask your father to post bail for you (Usually the bail amount will be the penalty imposed) by making the request to the magistrate.
Upon good cause, the court should be able to make an exception in your case.
Keep in mind - a magistrate can issue a bench warrant for your arrest for your failure to appear.
