In hong kong, people lead a hectic lifestyle, having tons of work to be completed and with a tight deadline. With the enhancement of technology, very few people can spare some time to chat with others face to face, let alone having communication.

Regular meeting and discussions are good way to enhance communication. It serves as a chance for busy people to put down their work and focus in in a real
chat. There s much likelihood for people having a life hustle and bustle won't
spare a moment to chat. Take the situation in MTR as an example, people would rather be focused in that gadgets than to their surrounding people or even friends,would they even spare a busy moment in their office or school to chat if it weren't for regular communication??

Some argues that hanging out in a group is a better way to enhance
communication. However, one might ignore that there's too much temptation
outside that one might not stay in focus of a real communication. Its just a wishful thinking of enhancing communication by hangning out in a shopping mall, the
wonderful products will exerts a higher attractive force than your group of friends beside you.

Communication is paramount important in a group. Only by having regular
meeting and discussion are we assured of good communication

----We had a group of salemen at Causeway Bay the famous Jardines Bazaar!We treated ourselves as employees in fashion sales in this business centre of the Causewaybay.
----As sales persons we had sales drive or campaign with a special effort to sell more at our business sales.We had a sales force of 10 and occasionally when we don't know how goods are sold,we must hold regular meetings and discussions.
-----This is the best way to increase communication within the group.eg:-How to serve customers? How is the skill in persuading customers to buy things?As employees of the same company who travel around many particular areas ,we are sure to meet and discuss successfully.
-----In our sales talk trying to persuade somebody to buy something,we must keep a smile,an active attitude,,young and energetic.Since we are handsome salesmen and women in the store, we can ask the customers to browse around because everything are nice here,including colour,materials, style,design that matches you! Since you're a trendy person,it's very fashionable for you---very trendy now for you! We discuss to customers that goods are at a lower price than usual and that any item that is not fitted can be sent back without having to be paid for.Hence try the dress on to fit;or that jacket fits well;or a close fitting dress for you.
------Regular meetings and discussions have the advantage of a good arrangement ,checking, packing maintaining,cleaning,security measures on job arrangement between this particular area of fashion sales and the sales representatives.(250 words)
