But the marking says that the correct answer is D (0.001M/s)

Can anyone tell me that which part of my calculation is wrong....
And give the correct steps
I always feel confused when calculating rate of reaction related to concentration..

In the question, the reaction rate is with respect to I2, but not I^-.
