【20分】香港人如何申請同男友(英國人)結婚並長留係英國？

請教相熟或略知一二既各位解答，人經已用旅客簽證到步英國，想同英國公民係英國結婚並長留係度，需要咩手續及準備？
有嘗試爬文，但情況不一，麻煩各位有心人相助，謝謝。

right , thank you for u that helpful reply ... i dont have bno so cant like u said apply working holiday visa to stay, but where should i apply for a settlement visa when i back to hk n have u got anymore information for it ? thanks again ,gary .

1. English is one of the requirement that you may need to show. So reading English is good for you.

2. In that case, you may need to go back to Hong Kong and apply for a settlement visa (but you can still get married in the U.K.)

Also - if you are a BN(O) Passport holder, you can see if you switch to Working Holiday (Tier 5) in the U.K.
