在 甲 公司結業後， A 君又可以將那些相作為 乙 公司的 portfolio 嗎？

1. It depends on the company structure.If A Company is a sole-proprietor and A owns the company 100%, A owns the copyright of the picture.
If by any chance that Company has been incorporated (like limited company, limited partnership, etc.), the the company owns the copyright.
If it is a general partnership, the partners will own a equal share of the copyright.
