Just wonder where I can have the suitcase repaired or the details of Marco Polo agent, so that I can contact them directly. Thank you very much.

First of all1. Do you have the invoice which showing the date of buying suitcase ?
2. Is the suitcase still in the warranty period ?
If the answer of 2 questions is "yes", go to the place where you bought it and ask for assistance.
If anyone of them is "No", then throw it away and buy a new one. No method !
