I think I am entitled to answer your question.If there is no one answering your questions, the only way to do is to research the issue by yourself.
Even a specialist in a field may not know how to answer your questions. For example, does a police officer know everything about firearms or law?
Excluding advertisements and people intend to make fun out of here, here is a platform that people can exchange knowledge. So if people in here can't help you, you will have to learn how you help yourself.
There are always people out there (think tanks or consulting firms) doing researches for a fee, and believe me, they are not cheap at all.
