I am always dizzy its really really really bad, I cant even walk stright ,i walk like im drunk I cant even walk a line stright with out stumbling or losing my balance , its really scarry , I dont even come out the house its really scares me bad im only 23 . I feel heavy pressure in my bad and my heart is always racing also ,it feels like the world is shaking side to side I also feel my heart beating in my head and eyes and somtines I have trouble breathing, I also will start to see blurry when it gets really bad and I can never be calm or relax with out having this problem does any one know whats causing this problem... I also drink lots of water and I regularly work out. anything world help... but I really would like to know whats causing this problem

Why the hell haven't you gone to a doctor or the emergency room yet? You obviously have a heart condition. i would suspect malignant hypertention. Get your azz to a doctor, pronto.

Certainly go to the doctor ASAP.
Circulatory? Nerve? Allergy? I say allergy because you say can never be calm. If you exercise (properly) you should have low blood pressure and be able to relax. Aspertame in diet drink?

Hi there, your case is similar as mine but my heart seems okay after I did the ECG and stress test. I'm suffering this for more than five years yet I still couldn't find out what was wrong with it. Until the doctor put me on stress and anxiety when I was not that case.
