is it okay to bring a bow (archery) to a High School?(without arrows)?

I think you should have asked your principal or someone else in authority before now! I would say yes, if I were in charge, but it all boils down to how overly cautious school officials have become (due to all the crazies going off on innocent bystanders)
You can chance it! The worst that could happen would be them taking your bow away and keeping it in the office till you take it back home.

I don't see why not, I think that only applies to guns and weapons that could cause fear and intimidation, but most people these days just associate bows with robin hood so you should be fine.

We brought a bow to my school. With arrows (haha. Filming trailer for hunger games) so I'm sure they'd be ok with the bow and no arrows.

Bring it to school and see if a teacher says anything. If they do at least you got to show it around for a bit and you could just put it away in your locker. But if they don't say anything then yay (:
