just some grammar help with this sentence :/?

grad blurb:

Thank my friends that made high school the best years of my life <3

i have to write this in 13 words...exact....is "thank my friends" ok? or does it have to be "thank you my friends?" or "thanks to my friends?" (in that case it will exceed 13 words D: which is not allowed...) or should i use"shoutout to friends?"

please help ><

Arghhh! Unless your friends are telephone poles or front room sofas, you might want to refer to them as 'who'. Friends who made high school etc. refers to people When you say 'that' you are talking about inanimate objects.

That sentence isn't correct. You need a "to" in there to explain who you're thanking.
Try something like: "Thanks to my friends who made high school my best years so far!"
