I brush twice a day, floss and use mouthwash.. I have brushed well ever since my adult teeth came through and not too hard... I have tiny white flecks on about 3 of my teeth, what are these? they have only appeared over the past year or so... Also I don't eat loads of junk food or food full of sugar either so that can be ruled out. Anyone with Dental experience got any suggestions?

I asked why my enamel is thin not what toothpaste I should use
Fruit and fruit juice are acidic as well as contain fructose - so if you consume a lot then it might contribute towards enamel erosion. Sugar is not the only thing that damages teeth - potatoes leave a sticky, adhesive film of your teeth that cannot be removed by simply rinsing your teeth with water.
I would get some expert advice from the dentist about the white flecks. in particular.
