Which ones are correct? Thank you very much.

I live overseas.

Explanation: Since overseas is merely a place, not a proper noun-- e.g. "I live IN Canada."

My father is overseas.

Explanation: It is not specified whether he lives there, is serving in the military or for a job, etc.

When using "overseas," you NEVER put the words in, at, by, for, etc.
