need help about my dress with paddings!?

ok so i bought a semi formal dress in the mall, there are boobs paddings on it, but the awk thing is that the paddings are placed too centered and too big :S
my boobs kinda look....not centered so i have a big space between the pad and my boobs when i wear that dress, and it looks like i have a lot of "meat" on the side :/
so....what should i do????? or is it possible to remove the pads and reposition them? or will that look even worse? ><
