透過美國考試服務中心網上報名系統（網址﹕www.ets.org/toefl/ibt/about）報名是最方便的報名方法，考試日期及考場位置已刊載於美國考試服務中心托福網站並不時更新，故此請於托福網上報名系統查閱最新的考試資料。首次使用托福網上報名系統的考生，須先註冊成為用戶，並利用個人用戶號碼及密碼，登錄個人的區域進行報名。考生請於考試前登錄個人的區域並列印報名確認書。
