一句過去式既句子係咪全部字都要變過去式?

Firstly, it's either 'those drawbacks' or 'that drawback'.

Secondly, you may not be aware of this but you seem to be using a special kind of passive voice, the get passive. It is formed like the be-passive but with 'get' instead of 'be': get + past participle. As such, it should be 'get bullied'.

Finally, yes, 'get' and 'make' must be in the past tense as well.

Those is plural of "that".
Drawback is a countable noun.
用 those, 應該用 drawbacks (~ plural noun)
