My HKCEE level in English is 3.
I took ielts in the middle of September, 2012.
My overall band is 5.5
I have planned to take the ielts in 02/02/2012 and will start to have tutorial lesson
between the middle of December and January.
I want to get 7.0 in ielts.
Now seeking a professional native English tutor who is very familiar with ielts
format and skills, especially speaking and writing.
It is better to be a women and able to speak some Cantonese or Putonghua.
My buget is $200 per hour.
If you have students who upgraded within one to two months, please state it.

Because my buget is limited.
If the tutoral fee have to be more than $400/hr, I just can have just 4 lessons.
If she speaks in a native fluent English, is ok.

You want to get 7.0 in IELTS but you would wait till the middle of December to take tutorials? Do you really think that one and a half months is all you need to go from 5.5 to 7?
