Using Poisson distribution with λ = 0.001 x 10000 = 10:

P(6 error) = 106 x e-10/6!

P(7 error) = 107 x e-10/7!

P(8 error) = 108 x e-10/8!

So the required probability is:

e-10 (106/6! + 107/7! + 108/8!)

= 0.2657
