無簽睇樓紙

剛剛初次睇樓, 找了一位A經紀第一天睇了A B C 三個單位有簽睇樓紙, 第二天又睇左 D E兩個單位無簽睇樓紙, 最後我找了B經紀買了E單位, 是不是只要比B經紀佣金, 不用比A經紀佣金, 因為E單位沒有簽睇樓紙. 因為A經紀每個單位都開價都比B經紀貴, A經紀相當唔老實.

E單位無簽睇樓紙給A經紀, 不用比A經紀佣金, 就算A經紀知道你買了E單位,他都追唔到佣金.
不過下次, 你要小心, 如果你真是有簽E單位睇樓紙給 A 和 B, 你就要付2次佣金.

By theory, you need not to pay commission to Agent A. But in reality is that---Agent A did the effort to show you the property E. Agent A might not be happy that 'Done the job and have no pay'. ... Agent A would know you and your family have bought the property as it would be publicly listed on government Land Office !

many things would be happened......especially anything that concerning with money...........many many thing might be happened! You got the meaning?
