I have it repaired. 我已經找人把它修理好 ~ 別人修理腳踏車

They have installed a telephone. 他們已經安裝了電話 ~ 他們自己安裝電話
They have a telephone installed 他們已經找人安裝了電話 ~ 別人(電話公司的人)安裝電話

I Have something done ~ 別人做
I Have done something ~ 自己做

第一個問題可以有兩個答案。這取決於誰人修理自行車 (自己或別人)

(1)I have it repaired=I am obliged to you to do something=to lend the bicycle=because it is your duty,liability, need and require for your friend.
(An obligation.)
(2)They have a telephone installed.=should have a telephone installed as soon as possible=passive voice, because it should be done by the telephone Co..

They 've installed (a phone)=active voice.(as soon as possible.)
