Are you serious? 7/329 7/32=4R4 carry the R4 to the 9 making it 7/49 =7 add two together giving you the answer of 47

If you can ask Y!A then you have access to a computer. Most computers have a calculator program, Excel will do calculations, and Google will do calculations even from text questions.
If you have to do it by hand, learn long division.
Divide 3 by 7 -> 0 remainder 3
Divide 32 by 7 -> 4 remainder 4
Divide 49 by 7 -> 7 remainder 0
Quotient is 047.

7 goes into 32 - 4 times and 4 left over,7 goes into 49, 7 times ,so answer is 47.

this is pretty basic arithmetic... how many times can you subtract 7 from 329, when you reach 0 the number of subtractions is the divisor (i.e. the answer). If you have to ask this, then you're probably better using a calculator.
