now的擺放位置?

1.通常時間副詞位置掌握二個原則：
A.短時間置於句首、句中，如now,today
B.要強調的置於句首

2.依習慣用法：
All that you have to do now is shut up.
now All that you have to do is shut up.(強調用法)

3.All that you have to do now(S) is (V) shut up (S.C). 其中shut up 是不定詞to省略(原為to shut up)----------

例如有一首歌的歌名:
All I have to do is dream.

我比較好奇的是為什麼沒人發現"is"後面少了個"to"。

All (that) you have to do now is to shut up.
你現在唯一要做的就是閉嘴。

All you have to do is to shut up now.
你唯一要做的就是馬上閉嘴。

Now all you have to do is to shut up.
現在你唯一要做的就是閉嘴。

感謝羅莉大師指教。可能是我個人習慣問題吧，平時be後面我都會加to+V或V-ing不然總會覺得語法不對。

the "now" here is to modify "have to do", not "is".
