✔ 最佳答案
1. As you can see among 4 choices, (A) and (D)are about the same, so are (B) and (C). As for (B) and (C), it is better to write:(B) Whom, can you remember, did you sell the fruit to?(C) To whom, can you remember, did you sell thefruit? because"can you remember" is just a supplementary (an add-in) sentence. It is like the speaker wants to ask the question “To whom you sold thefruit”, and suddenly, he adds, “can you remember”. If you remove it, it will NOT affect themeaning of the sentence. On the other hand, the Chinesestatement “你記得你把那些水果賣給誰? “, the emphasis is on“你記得“, so itis NOT a good idea to treat “can you remember” as an add-in. As for (A) and (D), bothare correct sentence, however, (D) is the most formal way to say. Hence,I would choose (D). 2. A: I went to the movies last night.B: _____________.A) You did, didn't you? (correct)B) You didn't, did you? (incorrect, because A has indicate he did).C) You did, didn't you? So did I. (incorrect,as corrected 3. B) it is believed that she was abeauty in her youth A) and C) are not right because the statement is "they believe" not "she believes" or "she is believed") D) doesn't match the meaning of the original sentence)

A) 他說他什麼時候要去台北呢? When, he said, was he going to go to Taipei?B) 他什麼時候說他要去台北呢? When did he say hewould go to Taipei? If you pay attention to the Chinese statements, you can feel thedifference between them is A) emphasizes “什麼時候 “, B) emphasizes “他什麼時候說“. If you agree with this saying, then we shalltreat “he said” as a supplemental statement. I use “commas” to separate it from the main sentence. If you remove “he said”, you will see themeaning doesn’t change. This situationis very similar to question #1
