Sorry, LED technology, while improving, has a ways to go just yet. In my opinion they are still not bright enough, though much brighter than before. I'd suggest shopping on line for LED headlights and compare their "Lumens" or the amount of light they produce and compare.
HID kits are available on line for the same price as the standard incandescent bulbs that have been available forever but are much brighter. And you can choose the temperature (color) of the bulb. I have HID on my cars but off hand I don't recall exactly which color I got (temperature wise), but mine are very nice white and bright. Just remember to have the headlights aimed properly or you will be blinding other drivers and the cops may make you take them off if they're not OEM (Original Equipment Manufactured) parts.
New cars are being equipped with HID. They're not expensive and last longer than standard bulbs - and given that LED technology has not yet gotten to the point where they are bright enough - car manufacturers so far are opting for HID over LED.
But the choice is yours.
