Dear all,
I am over 30 years old, with F.5 educational background (no subject pass). I have been working for 15 years. I want to continue my studies and get a degree in future. It's sad that I don't know what to do. I hope the people with similar backgrounds and have gone through the path can tell me what I should do to achieve my goal. I would be so thankful! 你好~我提議可以嘅話嘗試出國進修,一來可以比自己睇下外面嘅世界,二來相對來講比較容易,另外,係改制度下會比較難適應依家嘅學制.因本人同你一樣年過三十的中五畢業生,會考成績好差,但現在已在外國入讀大學學位,心態都唔同左好多.你可考慮.

Ridiculous enough, the system of Hong Kong is not a friend of lifelong learning, especially in higher education.
So given your background, my suggestion is Hong Kong Open University.

1. Most of them will not do that without a fee. You should go to the actual institution you want to go and ask.
2. No offense - you have no experience in higher education. And now you want all the way to the top?
I will not say it is not possible, but it is unrealistic.
So given your background, my suggestion is Hong Kong Open University.
