I need to write a persuasive essay on 'why drunk driving laws and punishments be stricter' as homework and our teacher says we should research on the internet, ask people etc. So I was thinking if anyone on yahoo could give me some reasons on why. If you have any answer please answer the question.

The laws and punishments should be more strict because they're not only putting their lives, but the drunkards are putting the lives of others in jeopardy.
