I would go with no. If there the test came back negative and she's late then maybe she is stressed out. Which is one of the things that can delay a period. Her boobs hurting may be because of hormones going through her body. I know from experience that before my period starts my boobs get sore and I get low abdominal pain as well. That could just be cramping which is a sign her period is about to start. To be sure I would wait it out a few more days and if her period still hasn't showed up, try another test or call her doctor.
