It's just a story. Inconsistencies like you are seeing here are normal when something is not true.

At the very least, you have to admit that if God wanted everyone to know the answer to the question, he failed (because not everyone knows the answer to that question, obviously). So either God is a failure, or the answer to that question is not important. Extrapolate this for all other questions.

The blood of Jesus takes away sins WHEN a penitent believer was baptizes.

What saves is the grace and mercy of a loving God. When we are saved is a different question.

Naaman was healed of his leprosy (by the power of God!) when he washed in the Jordan River seven times (2 Kings 5:1-19). The blind man of John chapter nine was healed of his blindness (by Jesus!) when he washed in the pool of Siloam. And what about a sinner? When does the blood of Christ save one who is separated from God spiritually? The answer to that question is found in such passages as Acts 22:16 and Acts 2:38 (among others), which discuss water baptism. Once Saul (later called Paul) came to believe and confess that Jesus was indeed the Son of God, and expressed sorrow for his sins (cf. Acts 9:5-11), Ananias, whom God had sent to Saul, instructed him to “arise and be baptized, and wash away your sins, calling on the name of the Lord” (Acts 22:16). A sinner has his sins washed away when he is “baptized.” [NOTE: The participial phrase, “calling on the name of the Lord,” describes what Paul was doing when he was baptized and had his sins washed away (cf. Acts 2:21,38).] Sadly, many have read Acts 22:16 and rejected the necessity of baptism because they approach their study of this verse with the wrong question in mind. This verse does not tell us what saves, but rather when a person is saved, i.e., has his sins washed away. Passages of Scripture such as those previously noted (e.g., Matthew 26:28, 1 Peter 1:18-19, Revelation 1:5) answer what saves, but in order to find out when a person is saved, one must consult passages like Acts 22:16 and Acts 2:38.

baptism is not a work.
obedient faith is how we are saved.
baptism is the way God has said we are to reach the saving blood of Jesus.

can you be baptised and not be saved - sure. you must also repent, confess, and run the race to the end of your life.

do God's commandment His way and you will be fine. start following man's doctrines and who knows where you go.

we have cases in NT where people believe and are not saved. people who confess and are not saved. people who convert and fall away and are not saved.

Yes it does.

Peter said to them, "Repent, and each of you be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins; and you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit. (Acts 2:38)

Now why do you delay? Get up and be baptized, and wash away your sins, calling on His name.' (Acts 22:16)

Jesus and the Apostles are very united on this. Baptism is required and is not a symbol.

In Acts 8 we see the Enuch believed in Jesus, yet he still had to be baptized.

Acts 8:36 As they traveled along the road they came to some water, and the eunuch said, "Look, there is water. What is to prevent my being baptized?" ([37] The oldest and best manuscripts of Acts omit this verse, which is a Western text reading: "And Philip said, "If you believe with all your heart, you may.' And he said in reply, "I believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God.' ") 38 Then he ordered the chariot to stop, and Philip and the eunuch both went down into the water, and he baptized him. 39 When they came out of the water, the Spirit of the Lord snatched Philip away, and the eunuch saw him no more, but continued on his way rejoicing.

Mark 16:16 He that believeth and is baptized, shall be saved: but he that believeth not shall be condemned.

1Peter 3:20 Which had been some time incredulous, when they waited for the patience of God in the days of Noe, when the ark was a building: wherein a few, that is, eight souls, were saved by water. 21 Whereunto baptism being of the like form, now saveth you also: not the putting away of the filth of the flesh, but the examination of a good conscience towards God by the resurrection of Jesus Christ.

Ezechiel 36:25 "Then I will sprinkle clean water on you, and you will be clean; I will cleanse you from all your filthiness and from all your idols. 26 "Moreover, I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit within you; and I will remove the heart of stone from your flesh and give you a heart of flesh.. 27 "I will put My Spirit within you and cause you to walk in My statutes, and you will be careful to observe My ordinances.

Acts 2:38 But Peter said to them: Do penance, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ, for the remission of your sins: and you shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.

Acts 22:16 And now why tarriest thou? Rise up, and be baptized, and wash away thy sins, invoking his name.

1Corinthians 12:13 For in one Spirit were we all baptized into one body, whether Jews or Gentiles, whether bond or free; and in one Spirit we have all been made to drink.

John 3:5 Jesus answered, "Amen, amen, I say to you, no one can enter the kingdom of God without being born of water and Spirit.

I can not find 1 verse that says you can be saved without being Baptized.

Peace be with your spirit

No! The acceptance of Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior does that by the grace of God. Baptism follows as a natural testimony for the world and your brothers and sisters that you will follow the Way.
Romans 10
9 that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. 10 For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.

Nothing about baptism.

It is sorrowful that this question has raised so much discussions for almost 2000 years. If you look up the definition of "evangelic" you will see that both baptism and communion is not discussed as a necessity to be a true Christian.

Paul explained how: "Know ye not, that so many of us as were baptized into Jesus Christ were baptized into his death? Therefore we are buried with him by baptism into death" (Romans 6:3-4). Paul repeated this truth that Christians are "buried with him [Christ] in baptism" in Colossians 2:12. By water baptism, then, we identify with Christ when His body lay dead and buried in the grave.

Water baptism is effective only after repentance, that immersion is the biblical mode, and that the name of Jesus is the biblical formula. Since baptism follows repentance, it actually does signify that the baptized person identifies with the dead state of the man Christ. Since baptism is a total submergence, it truly is a burial. Since baptism is done in the name of Jesus, it truly is an identification with Him. When a man receives water baptism, it signifies that he has died to sin and is burying that sin. When he emerges from baptism, his old lifestyle and his past sins are forever buried and forgotten. Water baptism applies Christ's burial to our lives.

Water baptism is the ceremonial gesture of our intent to repent our sins; but it is the actual repenting that we receive the remission [passing over] of our sins. Christ teaches that repentance for the remission of sins is what is to be preached in His Name among all nations.
The affect of repentance is the changing of our mind, and the changing of our heart, and the changing of our will concerning sin; but as for defining repentance, Christ defines to us plainly what it is to repent, saying "Go and sin no more": its that simple.

Baptism the bible describes as not just a symbol of water, but a symbol of something very important, our dedication to God to do his will. It is the beginning of a very close friendship with God. (1 Peter 3:21) - "That which corresponds to this is also now saving you, namely, baptism, (not the putting away of the filth of the flesh, but the request made to God for a good conscience) through the resurrection of Jesus Christ." Keep in mind we will still be imperfect sinners, but our baptism will keep before us our promise to God and the blessings that come along with serving him. But we must first take in accurate knowledge in order to serve him correctly and truthfully. (John 17:3). If you
