What schools in France have Visual Arts degrees?

I'm thinking of studying Visual Arts in France. Are there any schools there that have Visual Arts degrees? I've found some while searching online but they're not what I want. Do I have to be really fluent in French to study there? (My French level is intermediate).

The only worth attending for an international student is L'Ecole des Beaux Arts and fluency in French is required.
