I know this is a random question but what is the longed strip of road that just goes straight in Canda? Be sides the free ways

There are lots of long roads in Canada for sure, but very few of them are truly straight for any great distance. Some of them will look that way on a map, but up close they almost always have curves and bends in them.Maybe out in the flat-flat parts of the prairies you'll find a road that's arrow-straight, but even there it won't be easy to find.

Most roads in Caanada have intentional curves to prevent drivers from falling asleep.
But if memory serves me correctly, there's still a stretch of Highway 305 in Manitoba that runs for over 80 kilometres without any curves.
Whether that's the longest, I don't know.

Long - yes.
Straight - yes
Both... not that I particularly know of, but some section of the Trans-Canada might be long and straight since it extends from the East to West coast :-)

Yonge St in Southern Ontario. It starts at Lake Ontario in Toronto and travels straight up through the city and ends near Lake Simcoe, with a total of 1,896 km. It used to be the longest street in the world, I don't know if it still is...

I 'm going by memory here, but, the longest stretch of perfectly straight rail bed is some 90 miles, and it's in Saskakchewan. Roads are shorter; the longest straight road I know of is also in Saskatchewan, and it is around 60 some miles, if I recal correctly.

Some of the roads in Alberta are pretty straight; AB72 seems to run 60-odd km.
The major highways like the Trans-Canada tend to be less straight on a large scale.

You mean that goes across Canada from BC to NS?
