what happened at the end of "the samaritan"?

the movie "the samaritan" with samuel l jackson got too gross for me after he found out that iris was his daughter, so i stopped watching it. can anyone tell me how it ended? someone told me that it had a good ending, but i can't bring myself to watch it again.

Ethan threatened to tell Iris the truth so he could force Foley to restart grift. The grift needs a catch and a mark. Ethan found a woman to be the catch, whom he kind of "owns" just the way he controls Forley. The mark is Ethan's boss, Xavier. Just before "show time", the catch committed suicide. And Ethan let Iris to be the catch. When they almost got the deal, Iris said no. Acturally, she already knew the truth. Then, Xavier wanted to kill all of them. However, Forley killed Xavier and Ethan while Iris was shot. Forley took Iris to an unorthodox clinic owned by his former inmate. Forley donated so much blood to Iris that cost his life. Iris survived and took Xavier's money to Brazil.
