我想問有個GRAMMAR 要把問號句 變成句號句. 個個係唔係叫做REPORTING QUESTIONS 如果係咁要點做唔好全英 比少少中文 多 謝!

For example:
X said, "What/Where/Who/etc is Y?"
X asked what/where/who/etc Y was.

問號句 變成句號句= indirect speech
1) Direct speech
Tom said, "Who are you?"
Indirect speech
Tom asked who you are.
or
Tom asked me who I am
2) Tom said, " I am going to school."
Tom said he was going to school
1) Direct speech
Tom said, "Who are you?"
Indirect speech
Tom asked who you are.
or
Tom asked me who I am
2) Tom said, " I am going to school."
Tom said he was going to school
