pet behaviour program?

ok so im in grade 12 and my parents want me to take business in university, but for me myself i want to go for programs related to pets because i really love cats and dogs.
i thought of being a vet, but i dont want to put them down....my friends suggest me to take business in uni too, then maybe work in an animal clinic...im thinking of something like pet behaviour program, but i couldnt find any in universities websites....what should i do :(
any suggestions???? i really love animals :(

or like is it possible to be a zoo animal trainer if i dont take science in university? :'(
