Ive been a vegetarian since i was 5. Now that i'm 19 i want to join the army, i feel that being a vegetarian will greatly impact me in the army. What would be the best meat to try first?
I would say fish or chicken because it has less fat. Also, start out will small amounts, maybe 2 ounces once a day and then after a couple of weeks, twice a day. Eventually you can try lean beef maybe once a week.
You'll need to start out slow, your stomach won't be use to digesting the proteins that come in meats. Maybe fish or chicken. You might wanna consult a doctor.
