Is there an emulator for the nintendo 3DS?

Those are fakes,there isn't anything that makes those files work as the bios is another fake thingy,there is no 3DS emulator yet as the graphics are quite advanced for a Nintendo handeld,but researchings are making further,as Nintendo blocks flashcards with updates,yet you can play 3ds roms on special ones.When it will be decoded,who knows.
