I want to be able to see my bones please help?
Im 4'10
a girl and 13
146 pounds
I want to be like 95 pounds and see my bones...hips , cheekbones , collarbone , ribs , hip bone..i want tiny arms/skinny arms i want a gap between my legs
please help?! its a goal i really want to achieve
Dont say anything like "Your anorexic/bulimic" or " Shove your finger down your throat/dont eat"
please some real tips.

cut down snack,
lower oil (cholesterol intake)
eat less in one meal, preferably 5 meals a day
when eat chicken dont eat the skin etc, eat more carbohydrate, fibre
dont drink coke, and everytime when you eat something look at the label see its calories sugar etc as a reminder
Cut out the junk food and do more exercise, no red meat or fried food, just stick to chicken, fish, pasta, vegetables, fruit, wholemeal bread, semi skimmed milk, low fat cereal, and plenty of exercise of any kind get the calories burning up quicker, Good Luck
