Disinfection 同 Sterilization分別

Disinfection is just to use any means to reduce number of bacteria , viruses ,...& etc so there will be no infection to cause illness. The killing may be 90% but never 100% . Therefore when the means is reduced , there is a chance the bacteria will regrow up to hurt you again .
Sterization is the termination of bacteria or any other harmful microorganism that is 100% killing , not any survival .
