How to count number of days (92 days) between 2 dates (e.g.29June2012, 29Sept2012) in Excel? Please give formula!

Simple, just use subtraction to get the days between days.e.g. =A3-A2 where A3 and A2 stores two dates.
You may want to add 1, as two same dates will calculates to get 0, if monday to tuesday will calc as 1. You may want them to be 1 and 2.
