find the number of integral solution of the inequality 2x^2 +7x +4 < 0

why the answer is 4?

set y = 2x^2 + 7x + 4
it is an opening-upward parabola with x-int -2.781 and -0.719
so 2x^2 + 7x + 4 < 0 => -2.781 < x < -0.719
for integral solution, x = -1, -2, there are only 2 solutions!!!

set y = 2x^2 + 7x - 4
it is an opening-upward parabola with x-int -4 and 0.5
so 2x^2 + 7x - 4 < 0 => -4 < x < 0.5
for integral solution, x = 0, -1, -2, -3, there are 4 solutions!!!

i think the question is wrong
