please help to correct report

Our staff, Mr.Lee, was injured on 23/7/2012 at around 19:00 when he was performing his job duty. He went to hospital for treatment immediately.The doctor advised that Mr. Lee has to take a leave for 2 days.

The tool cabinet has been checked by me yesterday. It was found that the sharpen tools stored in the cabinet. ( e.g. saw, cutter etc. ) ( please see the attached photo )

The sharpen tool has been kept in the safety cabinet and the warning sign has been posted to prevent the case occurrence. ( please see the attached photo )

I will organize a thorough check for all the tools as soon as possible to ensure work safety. From now on, the maintenance team has to report immediately if they discovered any damaged tools.

The tool cabinet has been checked by me yesterday. It was found, inside the cabinet, the sharpen tools i.e. saw, cutter,steel blade etc. in safety conditions. (please see the attached photo.)

The sharpen tools have been kept in the tool cabinet safely. The warning sign has been posted to prevent the accident case happened again. (please see the attached photo.)

I'll organize a thorough check for all the tools to ensure work safety as soon as possible. From now on the maintenance team has to (give me a prompt report) if they discover any damaged tools.
