Let P=(x,y,z)The line passing through the point (4,-1,3) which is parallel to (2,-2,5) is(4,-1,3)+t(2,-2,5)=(4+2t,-1-2t,3+5t) where t varies from-∞ to+∞The intersction point then satisfy(4+2t,-1-2t,3+5t)∙(1,-3,-1)=74+2t+3+6t-3-5t=7t=1So the point is (6,-3,8)
