DATASTAGE OR PEGA OR SALES FORCE?

Hi,
I have been with Mainframe platform for 7 years in IT industry and now got an opportunity to learn new technologies in my company so that I can change my working platform. I have given with 3 options as below.
1.DATASTAGE
2.PEGA
3.CRM - SALES FORCE

Please anyone suggest which one has good scope in future? And also, I have no knowledge of Java or any other programming languages other than Mainframe-COBOL. I am seeing many job openings for PEGA developers nnowadays in Job portals. But I have seen somewhere in net that one should be having a deep knowledge of Java to learn PEGA? So I am bit worried to choose PEGA. If PEGA won't suit me, can I choose DATASTAGE? Does it have good scope in future? Please suggest.
